What, Where, & When

I think it's for me, but what is it?

Choose a private package of one-on-one meditation classes to be scheduled regularly (exceptions can be made for travel or other obligations). You’ll learn a brief history of meditation, the science behind how stress affects your body, how meditation restores balance, practical techniques, and accurate progress markers so you’ll know you’re on the right track.

Each 60-minute session includes a balance of learning, practice, and discussion. These live virtual classes allow you to ask questions in real time, and you’ll receive a recording for future reference.

Scheduling is flexible, with 1 or 2 classes per week being the most common timing. If you prefer a more accelerated or spaced-out approach, we can adjust accordingly.

You’ll also receive standalone audio recordings of the meditations to use anytime, even after completing the program.

The lessons build upon one another, so your understanding deepens over time. By the end, you’ll understand how to see your stress coming on and stop it in its tracks.

*when I use the word "stress," I don't just mean the busy feeling we associate with having too much on our plates. I mean anytime your body is knocked out of balance, be it from overwhelming emotion, physical health challenges, or yes, also work stress.

1. No Guaranteed Outcomes: Our meditation sessions are designed to support personal well-being and mindfulness. However, individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, the full fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and maintains the integrity of our scheduling.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full fee will apply.

3. Payment Terms: All classes must be paid for in advance to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable. Classes are transferrable if you would like to gift sessions to someone else, as long as they are not already an existing student of mine. Unused classes expire at the end of the 30 day billing period, unless otherwise discussed.
