My Background

After a decade in PR & Marketing across tech and fashion, I found myself overstressed and overworked. In search of something more, I developed a personal meditation practice and began reading every book I could find to open my eyes to a new way of living. Incorporating a daily yoga asana practice was the final piece of the puzzle that helped me realize it was time for a complete change. I earned my 200h Vinyasa Certification and have been guiding others through yoga, meditation and mindfulness since.

About My Teaching Style

I teach in a relatable style, meeting my students where they’re at so that everyone can walk away feeling better than when they arrived. In mindfulness, meditations, and ceremonies, I focus on the why behind every activity, knowing that when meaning is assigned to an action, it carries a greater result. In my yoga classes, I place a strong emphasis on correct form and focus on the breath, helping others to embody the practice and tune into the present moment.

  • 300 Hour Vinyasa YTT with Kula Collective in Sacred Valley, Peru (August 2025)
